So glad I found this place. I have been looking for a studio with experienced yoga instructors and a great vibe and I found it in Yoga Healing Arts Center. The classes are fun, and the instructors are so welcoming and helpful and knowledgable. I feel that I am growing and learning from the instructors and from myself, and I feel much more empowered, calmed and focused.
The best yoga instruction! Especially well done with beginner students. Designed so everyone feels comfortable. Can't wait to attend class every week!
