Dishonest Scammers! Get any other company. We had Allstate towing assistance so they contacted them. We waited over 4 hours for the tow truck that never showed! There website advertises 24 hour towing. Guess they ment you call and in 24 hours they will show up. At 12:15am they said they would be there in one hour. at 1:30, they said in 20 minutes. At 2:15, they said they had trouble finding a driver, but 15 minutes. This pattern continued until 4 am. when I called Allstate and told them obviously they were scammers and they need to send us a reputable company.
Not your usual tow company. They are courteous, prompt, reasonable and careful. I have used A1 numerous times.

We found ourselves stranded in Vineland, 125 miles from home with a badly flat tire on a very cold Sunday morning, and not able to pry the tire off. Not only did A-1 arrive within 15 minutes, he worked quickly and efficiently and were also able to provide excellent advice on how far the spare could be driven and at what speeds, while also recommending a tire shop open on Sundays a little way down Rte 55. The latter (NTB in Millville) turned out to be excellent as well, very friendly and efficient, and were able to diagnose the cause of the flat (which unfortunately had been pierced too close to the wall to be fixable), and get us back on the road in a couple of hours with a new tire identical to our other 3 (and not that common a tire), despite their being very busy that day.
Horrible experience. Was told the ETA was 90 minutes at 1:30 pm.Then at 4:00 I was told that the ETA is for 4:40 pm. It is now 5:15 pm and my car has finally been picked up. When I contacted Jennifer Starn who is supposedly the owner of the company, she was extremely rude and abrasive. Ms.Starn stated that they were backed up all morning and when I asked her why they took the job if they wouldn't be able to do it, I was told that it's not her fault because she wasn't the one to book the tow. There was absolutely no accountability whatsoever even though I was speaking to the "owner" of the business. If I could give a lower rating then I would. It's worth it to pay another company more than to wait all day for a truck that keeps saying they're on their way, but doesn't show up for hours.
